An Adult Peer Support Specialist, Tanisha is currently working towards her degree for Applied Science with a major in Medical Office Management.

Tanisha is a person in long term recovery from substance use disorder, as well as mental health. She is passionate about working with people who are on their journey toward healing, and sharing her lived experience to help those starting out navigate difficult situations. She is a mother, wife, and mentor to women in recovery groups. Tanisha enjoys being outdoors hiking and fishing, and spending time with her family.

Wellness Research & Branding Coordinator

is a third-year Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) student at Chaminade University’s Hawai‘i School of Professional Psychology—living the dream in paradise while chasing his passion for mental health. He earned his B.S. in Psychology from Northern Kentucky University, and now blends academic insight with island vibes. The Psy.D. program, proudly APA-accredited through 2030, has a rich 40+ year legacy in Hawaii, and Tanner is stoked to be part of that tradition. At H&HH, he brings research to life and elevates social media content with purpose and creativity.
